Refunds and Returns POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or should you feel it necessary to return an item, you may cancel the contract for this purchase by contacting sales@lynchschooluniforms.com within 14 days from the date you receive the goods after which you have a further 14 days to return the goods (up to 28 days from receipt of the goods) You should then return the relevant item to us in its original packaging, as sold to FAO Web Returns, Lynch’s Of Marino. 130 Philipsburgh Avenue, Marino, Dublin 3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on socks or children’s Pex tights for hygiene reasons.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. The item should be returned to us in its original condition.
Once we receive the item back, we will refund the price paid by you for that item, or if the item is defective will repair the item or supply you with a replacement item.
JANSPORT LIFETIME GUARANTEE
JanSport’s policy is to repair backpacks they deem covered under their lifetime warranty, holes and tears are not covered by the warranty.

or alternatively, you can return it to us washed, with your full contact details, and we can return it on your behalf. The repair takes approximately 2/3 weeks; as soon as it’s complete, we will contact you with the An Post tracking number, and P&P will apply at a fixed amount of €7.50
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IN-STORE?
If you decide your purchase is unsuitable, you may return it in-store. Our policy is to refund the original form of payment, so we will organize a refund to the credit card used as payment through Shopify Payments.
