Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Delivery is sent with DPD within 1/2 working days on all ROI & NI orders at a flat rate shipping charge of €7.50

International Deliveries: the UK & mainland Europe 3/4 working days. All others are 5/6 working days. delivery charges will be calculated automatically online at ‘checkout’.  More info is in this document.

We will contact you within two working days if we cannot deliver the item within this period. You will receive an email/text the night before, morning of delivery and delivery notification after your parcel is delivered by DPD. Should you not be at the address to accept your order, please use the link attached to the DPD notification to reschedule or edit your delivery. You will be liable for any additional charges incurred in the completion of delivery or the return of goods due to incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you. If your order is returned to us ‘undelivered’ or ‘not collected’ due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.

Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page before ordering.

Goods will be delivered between 08.00 am - 18.00 pm Monday to Friday.

If your goods do not arrive within the above-stated schedule, please contact us, and we will contact the carrier. 

CLICK AND COLLECT

In-store Collection Service

We are delighted to offer a complimentary Collect In-store service. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Collect in store’, and we will have your order ready for collection at the shop within 24 hours, a order number and confirmation will be sent via email; if the item is on backorder, you will be contacted by one of our sales team.

Please supply your confirmation email or photographic identification when you visit us to collect your purchase. We are also happy to view confirmation emails on smartphones or tablets if a printout is unavailable.

WHAT TIME CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

You may collect your order during our opening hours:

  • Monday – Saturday, 9:30 am- 5:30 pm, closed on Wednesday & Sunday.

WHERE IS THE COLLECTION POINT INSTORE?

You may present your order confirmation in-store to a member of staff who will source your order for you. For the summer months of July & August, click & collect orders are handed out from the blue gate to the right of the main door. If you find the need to exchange an item for an alternative size, please do so from the click & collect point at the blue gate.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IN-STORE?

If you decide your purchase is unsuitable, you may return it in-store. Our policy is to refund the original form of payment, so we will organise a refund to the credit card used as payment through Shopify Payments.
